How to Redeem our limited offer:

1. Purchase at least one adult ticket to Kaleidoscope presented by Glenveagh 2025.

2. Send us an email with:

   • 📧 Proof of your ticket purchase (your name on the ticket).

   • 🎂 Proof that the child’s 5th birthday falls between May 1st and August 31st 2025

3. Email everything in one email to info@kaleidoscopefestival.ie

4. Once we receive and confirm these, we’ll send you a special promo code for a free child’s ticket that can be redeemed. 

Offer Details:

• This offer is limited. Tickets will be sent via email with a redemption link, code and step by step process on how you can redeem your free child ticket using the code once the offer ends.

• Only valid with the purchase of at least one adult ticket.

• No refunds applicable for existing ticket-holders. In the case that you already have a child ticket purchased and wish to avail of this limited offer, we will issue you with another free child ticket for use as you wish.

Terms and Conditions for Kaleidoscope Presented by Glenveagh Festival 5th Birthday Free Ticket Offer

1. Eligibility:

   • This offer is available to children turning 5 years old between May  1, 2025, and August 31, 2025.

   • Offer valid only when an adult ticket has been purchased for Kaleidoscope Festival 2025.

2. Redemption Process:

   • To redeem, customers must email info@kaleidoscopefestival.ie with:

     • Proof of adult ticket purchase (confirmation email or ticket receipt).

     • Proof of the child’s date of birth (passport, birth certificate or alternative image showing child’s name and date of birth).

   • All required documents must be submitted in a single email.

3. Offer Period:

   • Offer is limited, and on a first come first serve basis. A deadline for the offer will be communicated at a later date and will be the official cut off for this offer. 

   • Redemption codes for eligible free child tickets will be sent by email once the offer has ended.

4. Ticket Redemption:

   • Upon successful verification, a promo code will be provided to redeem the child’s free ticket.

   • If you have purchased an adult weekend ticket, you will receive a promo code to redeem a child  weekend ticket.

   • If you have purchased an adult day ticket, you will receive a promo code to redeem a child day ticket for the same day of the adult ticket.

   • Redemption codes will be sent to the email address provided in the initial redemption email.

   • Tickets are valid only for Kaleidoscope presented by Glenveagh Festival 2025.

5. Limitations:

   • Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

   • Only valid with the purchase of at least one adult weekend or day ticket.

   • No refunds applicable for existing ticket-holders. In the case that you already have a child ticket purchased and wish to avail of this limited offer, we will issue you with another free child ticket for use as you wish. 

6. Additional Conditions:

   • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

   • Entry will be denied if supporting documents or age verification are found to be fraudulent or tampered with.
