We are super excited to reveal today that Ireland’s largest family summer festival will host Ireland’s biggest house party this July in celebration of our 5th birthday - and YOU’RE invited.
Dance to disco hits, sing along to timeless classics, enjoy supersize trad seisiúns, and relive iconic throwback anthems from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s with unmissable tribute acts - all at this year’s Zozimus - The House Party!
Today, we’ve dropped a brand new wave of artists and acts that bring all the house party energy and musical nostalgia you could wish for! ABBAesque bring their smash-hit ABBA tribute show and the Swedish pop legend’s number one hits including Waterloo, Mamma Mia, Fernando and Dancing Queen. The line-up also features the electrifying Daft Punk Tribute, alt rock scene loving The Year Grunge Broke, disco-loving DJ queen Kelly-Anne Byrne, a floor-filler live show from Love Sensation, and These Charming Men and their tribute to indie rock favourites The Smiths and Morrissey.
An Irish house party wouldn't be complete without trad music, and The Irish House Party is set to deliver an unforgettable live show featuring Irish music and Irish dancing, while MegaTRAD will thrill audiences with their energetic, foot-stomping performance.
Our 3 day family festival is packed to the brim with hands-on activities, must-see shows and top class family entertainment that goes far beyond the music. Across ten dedicated family areas and stages, little ones (and big ones too!) can dive into everything from live science shows with Mark The Science Guy, circus thrills from Wobbly Circus and Fierce Fire Show, to creative writing workshops with Roddy Doyle’s Fighting Words. Budding foodies will love Scrumdiddlyumptious – The Festival of Food, while artists-in-the-making can get inspired with illustration workshops led by Steve Simpson. With baby and toddler playtime from Baby Sensory, ClapHandies and Move with Carla, plus nature adventures at Johnny Magory World, silent teen discos, gymnastics, crafts and more – it’s all included in your ticket and all designed to make memories that last a lifetime.
